Laptop back

So, I got my laptop back. And when I first started this blog post, I thought it would be a happy one. Not so.

First off, I lost everything. I have nothing that I did before. It's weird not having anything that I did before. So I don't have my desktop. :'( (I give you one guess as to what it was. haha And those of you who have already seen it, it hasn't changed in the theme. The picture has changed a couple of times, though.)

Second off, They installed Leopard OS. :'( I don't have my photostudio, photo editing program anymore. :'( And the setup is weird, although I'm getting used to it.

But yeah, I'm going back in on Friday to see if I can get the stuff back on my laptop, because I miss my Twilight font!!!! :( And a whole bunch of other things. Anyways, I'll give another update when I find out more.

Computer problems

Alright, I know I've done a new blog very frequently lately, but that could change. This morning, my laptop crashed. And not just a turn it off and then back on and it works thing. This is It won't even start back up, so I'm currently on my mom's computer. So, if I don't update for a while, that's why.

I just thought I would let everyone know. And as soon as I figure out what is going to happen with it, I'll let everyone know. :) (Or at least everyone who reads this will know.)

Christmas

Well, today (and yesterday) has been wonderful!!!!

It all started yesterday, when I received a letter from one of the greatest people I know! And he sent pics, so I'm way happy!!!!! hehe Anyways, he sounds like he is doing well. Then that night, we totally had our Christmas Eve Family party, which was fun. And then we went to bed. :D (How fun, huh?)

And Today was Christmas. I could provide a list of all the things I got, but that would be silly. :P Basically, the things I was happy for were: Pushing Daisies (season 1), chocolate, clothes, and hot chocolate mixes. hehehe :O Oh, and I forgot.... MY KNIFE!!!! (Remember: It's said phonetically. For more info, see previous blog.) So yeah, that was pretty much it. Although, the rain was amazing, too. :D So all-in-all, a wonderful day, spent with family. (Oh, and I TOTALLY SKUNKED my family in Disney's Scene It: Second Edition. XD We were in teams: Alana and Erin, Kristen and my mom, and my dad and me. It was way so much fun!!! :D)

Anyways, I hope everyone else had a wonderful Christmas, and Best Wishes for next year! (Which is coming soon. A week from Today!!!! hehe And my bday two weeks from yesterday. ;) Don't forget. haha JK)

Knife

Alright, now, if I am correct in the way you just read the title, you read it wrong. Go back and try it again. Ok, you still didn't get it right? Read it how it looks. Or as teachers like to say, "phonetically".

Much better. That was very stress-relieving to sound like a kid learning to read, wasn't it? It wasn't? Oh.... well, it was for me. Who wants to say words how they were "supposed" to be read? That's not nearly as entertaining. ;)

ANYWAYS..... The whole reason I am writing this, is because I want to show off my new knife, which, as soon as I show my dad tonight, will be wrapped in beautiful wrapping paper and set under my tree, for me to open on Christmas morning. HOW FUN IS THAT? Oh... not very fun? You really must not like fun. Anyways, it WILL be fun.... at least for me. :D

Alright, I know this little blog is way different from what I normally do, but hey, random is FUN. Or at least, it can be if you let it. :D

Okie dokie.... here's a beautiful picture of my knife, which will soon be wrapped up and reopened. (How nice am I to myself? Getting myself a Christmas present like this? I shouldn't have. ;D)
WHAT ARE YOU DOING? You look silly!!! Quit turning your head like that!

haha

I know that the picture on top is sideways, but I forgot to rotate it, so you can live with it, I hope.

Anyways, hope you like the knife.... I mean.... letter opener...... as well as I do. ;)

Poetry

I recently wrote these poems as a final project for one of my classes, and I really like them. :D They're great, in my opinion. hehe And it makes me feel like no matter what, if I need to, I can put a poem on paper in under 15 minutes. (Which comes in handy. ;D) But i really had a lot of fun working on them. :)

Teacher

Teachers are amazing ones
The good ones make good learning fun.
Teaching cursive
Teaching print
Making knowledge (and games) fit.

Students love to play fun games
I hope I'll soon learn all their names.

Confidence, to have's a must
On the road to knowledge or bust.

AND

Teachers Need
by Courtney Spencer

Teachers need to:

Teach the truth
Exhibit morals
And being good.
Confidence is number one
Having some would be so fun.
Even though I may now lack,
Remember, time can give me that.

Time for an update

Alright, so, pretty much, my life is BORING. haha But yeah, I decided to update everyone anyways. In case you haven't noticed, I changed my background. (Hurray for Victorian stuff, which reminds me of Lucy's era.... hmm.... random thought. I should start a blog about my story and vampire stuff. haha) Anyways..... I'm digging the background.

UPDATES:
1. I finished my story! (Yes, I've been "finished" about 4 times now. haha) But as of now, the only edits I make are grammatical. I will only change punctuation or words if they are spelled incorrectly or make no sense. End of story. haha

2. I am still currently "supporting" a missionary, which lovely Ali was so kind to mention in her blog. hehe Alright, we've not been writing. But only because I haven't received one from him. :( But I told myself that would change. I'm in process of writing him a letter. :D haha

3. I lead a boring life. Not really news to anyone, but it's true. I'm not going to an ice skating thing tonight because I'm dirt poor when it comes to cash. :P In other words, the only cash I have with me is 11 CENTS. haha ALL in pennies. So yeah, I missing out on meeting a guy, or catching up with old friends, or making new ones, or whatever. But hey, I get to sleep instead. :D

4. I'm WAY FLIPPIN EXCITED FOR THE GIRLS' NIGHT! Now, I hope that wasn't too subtle. ;) haha But yeah, I can't wait to get out of the house. (*Note to self: Get the food. haha) But yeah, I can't wait to catch up with everyone and hear about their lives and stuff.

5. I have gotten "OFFICIALLY" two A- and an A, but that's cuz the other 2 classes haven't posted their grades, and it's ticking me off, because I want to be done!!!! haha

6. I turn twenty 3 weeks from Wednesday. (2 weeks from Christmas Eve, 1 week from New Years' Eve, and then my bday.) And I'm like freaking out. I don't want to be older. I'm still technically 11 emotionally, and sometimes I think mentally. But hey, I can't stop time. And maybe Heavenly Father made me childlike for a reason. Or it's just how I am. IDK. But I'm really getting nervous about turning twenty. idk why. Oh, and I'm thinking about having a party that weekend. (;D Way exciting, huh? haha JK) I don't know what I'm going to do, but I'm going to do something. hehe

Anyways, I'm going to close with this poem I wrote a while ago, and be done. I don't know what I wrote it for, or who it was about, but I like it. :)

Like Two Sisters
By Courtney A. Spencer

Here we are two Sisters,
But since I’ve got to know you,
We have become sisters,
Good friends
A family

I am glad I got to know you
You’ve made me better,
And I am certain you are better, too.
Through your example,
Mine too.

So let us not forget
The memories we made together.
I am sure I won’t forget you
I hope you won’t forget me too.
To say for short,

...All my feelings in these few words,
But I am proud to say
As sisters should,
All my feeling in these three words,
The words are......

I LOVE YOU!!!!

IDK Anymore

As my title says, I just don't know anymore.

First off, I have three major assignments due tomorrow. Well, two things, but I'm doing three. Plus random small assignments that I have.

To add another thing of stress to my life, i found out today that I am missing 3 classes and a few credit hours. For crying out loud, you advisers need to make up your minds about whether someone is doing well or not! So who knows what will happen with that. I could try to cram some classes in next semester, but most of the classes are during other classes I have, or I could do summer school, which would be tricky, especially if I make it into the LDS Young Performing Stage Missionary at Nauvoo.

So, I've got that stress on me. There's more little things, but I don't dare mention them, and I doubt I could.

I found out that Obama wants to create a program of Mandatory civil service, and if it becomes a reality, I will either become a hermit in the desert or forest or something, or else they can shoot me down, because I am NOT going to boot camp, no matter what anyone says. To me, it seems like they're creating another Hitler's Youth group. Hopefully the Lord will stand with those of us that are righteous and help us keep ourselves free.

It seems as it gets closer to the end of the semester, the more and more frazzled and confused I become. I have had a few happy things happen lately. (Mainly, I finished my story, although I am editing it for grammar now. And it's going to be a Christmas present for at least one person.) Other than that, school has just been one load of crap after another, and I'm ready to be done.

I am hoping the Lord will help me through this time when I am struggling and wanting to be done. As Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin said, "Come what may and love it." It's hard, but hopefully I'll be able to in time.
